“Here’s my advice. Take many deep breaths. Smell the fresh air. Drink chamomile tea. Life is very short. You spend more time in your lifetime dead than you do alive.” —Andy Behrman

“In the best, most desirable way, you scare me. And I love the way you scare me, but it makes me nervous. And when I say or do something really stupid, I spend all this energy coming up with ideas to be smart so that you don’t think I’m stupid and those ideas inherently backfire therefore making me look more stupid. It’s a vicious circle and I’m at the end of my rope because all I really want to do is kiss you. And I feel if I don’t kiss you soon, I’m gonna explode.” —Unknown (via creampuff)

3172.) Though I am an 18 year old, I've gone through a lot in my day. I don't know who will read this, but I say the following to speak out to anyone who will listen.

blogsecret:

Love as many people as you can. Your friends need you.  Your family needs
you.  A smile to a stranger you passed on the street could’ve made whatever
it was that may have been a distress in their lives, a little better.  Never
give up on love.  Give love everywhere.  Pour your heart out on what you
believe to be true, just, and right.  You will know wholeheartedly what
those things are.

Take comfort.  Even if it seems like it, don’t believe that everything is
falling apart.  God, you’re friends, your family, the familiar people in the
bakery, the store, your pet dog, the elderly people who sit down in the café
every Thursday evening… they will always be there for you.  Whether you
choose to talk to them or not, or if you’ve never even talked to them
before.  They will always be there.  And remember, it’s okay to cry.

Appreciate the things that matter to you, however big or small.  The nice
alternative drive home, the warm sips from a white mocha frapp, or the
friend who is always there to hear you vent about anything.  Whichever it
is, hold onto that.

Wait.  Just wait.  Wait.  When you’re young, you want everything.  And
that’s okay.  Do desire.  Do love.  Let your heart run or walk.  Dream.
Just know that everything in your life is sovereign.  Patience is not easy.
But good things happen.  Just wait.
